These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Wantmi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wantmi. You must self-attest to your age at registration; a jurisdiction-specific age verification process may also be required.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password secret. Notify support immediately of any unauthorized use.
Creator obligations
Creators must complete identity verification before their uploads are made public, consistent with Wantmi's voluntary 18 U.S.C. ยง 2257 compliance statement. Creators warrant that all performers appearing in their videos are at least 18 years old and have provided informed written consent to the content and its distribution.
If another creator appears in your content, you must tag their exact Wantmi username before posting. If the collaborator is not on Wantmi yet, they must sign up and complete creator verification before you post that clip.
Prohibited content
Uploading content that is illegal, depicts a minor, depicts non-consensual activity, promotes self-harm, or violates another party's rights is strictly prohibited and will result in removal, account termination, and may be reported to law enforcement.
Recording-only constraint
All videos must be recorded directly within the Wantmi app. File uploads, imports, or pre-recorded content are not permitted. This constraint exists to protect creator authenticity.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Wantmi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, transcode, display, perform, distribute, promote, moderate, preserve, and otherwise use your content to operate and grow Wantmi.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Wantmi. It gives us the rights needed to run the feed, show your videos to viewers, surface creator links, protect the platform, and comply with legal or safety obligations.
Copyright takedown notices and counter-notices must use the designated DMCA forms. We may remove or restore content according to the DMCA process and our safety obligations.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms, at our sole discretion.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wantmi disclaims all implied warranties and limits liability to the amount you have paid, if any, to access the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
